Mardi Gras: Darlo’s Big Drag Brunch Taphouse Sydney

We channeled our inner queens for two Big Drag Brunches in February and March, 2025.

Our legendary Big Drag Brunch took over the rooftop for two dates during Mardi Gras in 2025. As proud partners of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2025, the celebrations were bigger than ever. For $99 per ticket, guests enjoyed a shared Chinese banquet while enjoying 2.5 hours of flowing drinks, starting with a special Four Pillars gin welcome cocktail that sets the tone for this dazzling event.

We were delighted to host Queen’s Dominque Topp, Jackie Daniels,  Fairah Nuff and Dammit Janet who took over the rooftop, with stunning performances, good vibes and their signature sass. View the full event gallery below.
