Our legendary Big Drag Brunch is back, and as proud partners of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2025, Applejack Hospitality is making this year’s event more spectacular than ever.

The fabulous Dominique Topp returns as your hostess with the mostest, bringing her signature style and sing-alongs for an unforgettable afternoon. For $99 per ticket, you’ll indulge in a shared Chinese banquet while enjoying 2.5 hours of flowing drinks, starting with a special Four Pillars gin welcome cocktail that sets the tone for this dazzling event.
