Taps & Chinese Food

Our menu is driven by the joy of sharing and discovering new flavours in an energetic atmosphere driven by three things: Taps, Tunes and Chinese.

A celebration of the world’s greatest cuisine (in our opinion!), our epic Cantonese menu has been created by Applejack Director Of Culinary Patrick Friesen, derived from his love of Australian Chinese food.

The beverage list is a collaboration between Applejack Group Beverage Manager Donovan Binks and Taphouse Bar Manager Matt Johnson. With 20 plus taps on offer, expect to see a rotating selection of Sydney’s favourite breweries on the menu. A range of wines and cocktails are also available, chosen with the idea of being simple, recognisable and delicious.

The menu is served across all three levels of the pub, so whether you’re popping in for Sunday Shenanigans, our show-stopping wok fried lobster, trivia night or live sports, you can enjoy your favourite dishes in the Public Bar, Level 1, or on the rooftop with a cold one.
