Why should you care about this pork chop, you ask? Well, it’s a nod to the legendary Sun King Yuen in Wai Chan, Hong Kong. They’re famous for their epic pork chop curry, and we’ve brought a piece of that culinary magic to our own corner of Darlo. But this isn’t your typical curry! It’s Cantonese-style, with a secret blend of evaporated milk, curry powder, and a medley of fragrant goodies like lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal.

So, how do we work our porky wonders? We marinate that chop in a special mix of curry, eggs, and a bunch of top-secret seasonings. Then, we double-fry it ’til it’s crispy on the outside and oh-so-tender on the inside. It’s like a party in your mouth, and you’re invited!
