We’re hosting a series of special Mardi Gras events from 13th February to 1st March, 2026.

Applejack Hospitality is a proud partner of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras 2026. We’re celebrating over a decade of active support for the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras and the broader LGBTQIA+ community.

We’ve got an incredible line-up events to keep the vibe high over the two weeks. From Karaoke Queens, our iconic Big Drag Brunch, ongoing Sip & Slay Bottomless and Parade Day Party, Taphouse is definitely the place to be.

Karaoke Queen's

Kick off Mardi Gras in style on 13th February with Karaoke Queens. Our fabulous drag queen host will guide singers through a night of power ballads, romantic duets, and heartfelt dedications.

Parade Day Party

Get ready for an EPIC party on Saturday, 28th February.

We’re right on the parade path so head in for cocktails, great vibes and tunes that will keep you dancing all night long. Plus, entry is free!

Sip & Slay Bottomless

Our bottomless menu is available all day and here to slay! The offering features a menu of Chinese tasting platters and a 2-hour beverage package which includes craft beers, wines and a cocktail on arrival.

Darlo's Big Drag Brunch

We’re channelling our inner queens for two Big Drag Brunches on 21st and 28th February. Get ready for a fabulous afternoon on our rooftop with flowing drinks, stunning performances, good vibes and lots of sass.

Drag Bingo & Trivia

Our favourite queen Kalin Klein is bringing her sassy energy to Drag Bingo on Wednesday 18th and 25th February while also giving a fabulous makeover to our weekly trivia night on Tuesday 17th and 24th February.
