Made with Hickson Rd Australian Dry Gin, macadamia & wattleseed liqueur, pineapple, lime, and coconut. Garnished with a dehydrated lime wheel. A play on the rum classic.
SUMMER CUP FROSÉ
Made with Hickson Rd ‘Summer Cup’ Aperitif, our tap Rosé from Alpha Box & Dice, house-made fresh strawberry syrup, and a healthy dose of lemon. Pink, tart & refreshing.
FIVE SPICE BLOODY MARY
Choose Vodka, Gin, or Tequila to go with our secret house-made spice formula of soy, oyster sauce, Szechuan, dried chillies, and Chinese Five Spice.
