From the warm timber panelling and earthy tones of our Public Bar and Level 1, to the relaxing sun-drenched rooftop, our versatile spaces can be tailored for a sit down or cocktail style event.

The Chinese menu has been created in collaboration with Applejack’s Director Of Culinary Patrick Friesen and Chef Erick Djap, chosen to highlight some of our favourite flavours. You’ll have the choice between selecting from a variety of roaming canapés or our shared platters that are sure to leave a lasting impression on your guests.
